As an Account Manager, your role will be dual: you will manage, maintain and ensure strong commercial relationships with existing clients and you will develop the business by searching, approaching and negotiating with new clients. 


 As Account Manager, you will:

  • Own your client portfolio that you will maintain, manage and develop according to the sales opportunities you identified. 

  • Plan, manage and negotiate renewals to ensure growth of service/revenue.

  • Network and build strong relationships with your existing clients to ensure a long-term client retention.

  • Understand your clients’ needs and offer them a strong after-sales support by an A to Z project follow-up with the help of dedicated customer support associate. 

  • Manage your target revenue. 

 You’ll also develop our business by:

  • Identifying and approaching decision makers within the global client organization and turning this into increased business.

  • Building your network and relationships with new clients, and developing these in contracts and long-term relationships. 

  • Preparing and executing contract negotiations.


 Our candidate will have:

  • Bachelor degree

  • 1-2 years of professional experience 

  • Affinity for e-business & e-commerce or the FMCG sector

  • Ambitious and willing to achieve challenging targets

  • Organized and able to apply good time management

  • Business English

 Our ideal candidate will have in addition:

  • Fluent in Dutch or French

  • Knowledge in market research and FMCG is a plus 

  • Good command of the Microsoft & Google Suite
