The Client Solutions Account Executive is responsible for working with our FMCG, Retail, Publisher and Media company clients once they sign onto the Nielsen Marketing Cloud platform. We are looking for a passionate strategic thinker and executor who is client focused. Bottom line – we are looking for someone who wants their clients to be successful as they figure out how to leverage the booming marketing cloud industry.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING ?
This role does not involve cold sales it is focused on consultative sales post business development and developing client relationships ,encouraging renewal of services, upselling and cross selling products from the Nielsen Marketing Cloud to recommend targeting strategies and using data and measurement for our clients.
Assist in managing client relationships post-sale from onboarding them onto the Nielsen Marketing Cloud platform to helping them get the most value from Nielsen’s products
Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business and demonstrate how the Nielsen Marketing Cloud ’s software platform can assist them to achieve their business objectives
Conduct storytelling product demonstrations that highlight the value the solution brings to the client
Work with Nielsen Marketing Cloud Sales, Engineering and Product teams to deliver recommendations that wrap around our offerings
Monitor client delivery and satisfaction, including reporting and assisting to troubleshoot technical client issues
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
To be successful in this position you will need:
Knowledge of digital marketing, internet / software industries
Rockstar MS Office skills – Excel analysis, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required
Able to operate comfortably across different client disciplines from Ad Operations, Sales, Technology, Finance and Corporate Strategy
1+ years of experience in a professional services, system integrator, or client services capacity for media, internet, ad operations, or software company
An understanding of technical jargon and industry acronyms an advantage
Must be fluent in English. Additional competency in French or German is also advantageous but not essential
