Consultant Digital Streaming works with the national as well as international contacts on the customer and Nielsen side to ensure the coordination and timely delivery of the project tasks. The aim of the project is to establish a uniform currency in the area of ​​digital audience measurement together with the JIC’s (Joint Industry Committees). The project is currently concentrating on cooperation with the AGF (TV Research Working Group) and includes online and mobile measurement.

Consultant Digital Streaming is responsible for customer satisfaction and the customer’s main contact for all questions relating to the collaboration and the project.Consultant Digital Streaming reports to the CBP Digital Streaming.


  • Project coordination with internal and external teams
  • Overview of all the tasks and ToDos within the AGF project
  • Creation of the requirements with and for internal teams in alignment with client – translating client needs and requests into internal project requirements
  • Creation of a schedule, milestones for the overall project together with the AGF DE team
  • Project extensions (e.g. Fusion, Hybrid) and Project Developments together with client and DE team
  • Integration of licensees and other interested parties via the AGF office
  • Coordination at Nielsen for compliance with the AGF work plan as part of the video streaming project (currently online, in the future also mobile and possibly smart TV)
  • Representation of Nielsen in the specialist presentations and workshops of the AGF in coordination with the Digital Streaming DE team and active participation in the meetings
  • Supporting the AGF with publications, marketing and press releases
  • Identification of new ideas and possibilities when interpreting the data from the digital perspective



  • Bachelor’s degree and ideally previous experience in client services / account management, experience in the digital industry are of advantage
  • Understanding of the overall media and measurement/analytics landscape in advertising and marketing trends.
  • Day-to-day client management experience.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Extremely organized and highly motivated.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills (German and English)
  • Experience giving presentations to clients.
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills as well as Google tools
