Digital Implementation Specialist


The context


Nielsen is a leading online research company specializing in high tech measurement solutions that provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of the online world.


The role of the Digital Implementation Specialist consists in working directly with clients along with the Sales Team to ensure the diverse product offerings are delivered successfully. Please apply if you are a people person with a geeky background.


Main responsibilities


  • Day to day management of a large and dynamic clients portfolio
  • Follow through consistently on issue resolution
  • Assisting the team in product/solution presentations to internal teams and clients
  • Training and support for the technical aspects of our product solution to clients
  • Helping clients correctly implement and test the Nielsen trackers on their digital advertising campaigns and troubleshooting implementation issues as the Technical Expert
  • Identifying best practices and assisting in the creation of support materials such as implementation guides and FAQ
  • Escalating issues and request support to ensure timely turnaround time to client
  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams as needed (Operations, Engineering, Clients, Client Services, Sales)

  • BA / BS degree
  • Ability to speak and write in German and English fluently and idiomatically
  • Highly digital mindset
  • Aptitude for learning new systems and processes
  • Creative problem-solving skills and unyielding focus on client satisfaction
  • Understanding of Web/Internet Technologies
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to effectively support multiple business-critical projects/client engagements at once


Having these skills will make you stand out from the crowd:


  • Previous experience in Account Management and / or Advertising Operations
  • Experience with ad serving/ad buying technologies (Campaign Manager, DV360, Adform or others) is considered a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Ability to speak and write in Italian
