We are recruiting for a talented Junior Data Analyst to join our dynamic Data Analytics team based in Madrid though remote for now …
You'll  be a part of the Sales Support  and Client Services Team and help in providing data -insights and the measurement of this data. This is a a key role in Nielsen Media's Customer Service team to ensure the successful delivery of leading digital solutions to our customers to provide an accurate understanding of the audience and performance of their activities in digital media.
Their knowledge about the digital ecosystem, analytics, and how to adapt to new trends is essential in order to maintain the high levels of service that our clients expect and boost the presence of Nielsen Media in the Spanish market.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands and right holders in the Sport and Sponsorship industry.This individual will help shape  an ever-growing department, becoming key to our business worldwide.

You'll be the single point of contact with clients and support them working on different campaigns and service changes
You'll help provide insight analysis, research  findings and interpretation of data working together with the internal team to ensure compliance with the objectives established for the Spanish market.
You'll help Interpret campaign data convincingly to help customers improve advertising impact and optimise campaigns.
You'll use tools to effectively manage customer information, results, contract details, and billing.
You'll support to create compelling marketing materials and use cases for clients Customer Management experience..
Participation in studies of the Spanish market and in the preparation of analysis, reports, presentations and communications to clients and the media.
Work effectively with the commercial, technical operations, and product marketing teams to ensure smooth solutions and a good customer experience
You'll have a focus on digital media, marketing agencies, publishers, media companies, and advertisers


Ideally 2 years of prior experience in the digital industry, marketing agencies, media platforms, research companies or advertisers.
You'll have media /agency /digital marketing industry knowledge and have some  knowledge and how data is measured to provide Insight Analysis
You'll have quantitative data research skills and/or have a financial background and analytical and financial control skills
You are extremely organised and highly motivated
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Lookup formulas, IF statements, Pivot tables, MS Word, PowerPoint, Canva skills,Digital Ad Ratings , Media View/ CMI – Salesforce
Understanding of the media big picture and measurement / analysis in advertising and marketing trends
Excellent bi-lingual Spanish & English verbal / written communication skills
