We are looking for a sales coordinator to join our Client Service team  supporting the constantly expanding portfolio of our research products. Joining us allows you to work among the best specialists in the media research industry. At the same time, you can expect to work in a very interesting moment for the industry: cross penetration of traditional television with video online. 



  • Managing internal Clients Database 

  • Data input in Salesforce

  • Providing administrative support to our Client Service Team 

  • Working closely with the finance team to solve  revenue and invoice queries 

  • Creating  ongoing  reports 

  • Facilitating meetings  with Clients

  • Working with the Client Service team on presentations and documents for Clients 




  • Experience with desirable 

  • Excellent communication and both in Polish and English languages 

  • An ability to build relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

  • Confident working with data 

  • Flexibility, openness to solving problems, and a high sense of ownership 

  • Well organised with great attention to detail 

  • Excellent Powerpoint & Excel skills

  • A curiosity of the media market locally and internationally

  • A desire to show initiative
