Digital Panel Support Agent

 

The context

 

As a Digital Panel Support Agent, you will be representing the Nielsen research and be in direct contact with our research participants. You will provide a great customer service experience. You will be in the middle of the action by liaising directly with our panelists as well as local and international stakeholders.

 

Role responsibilities

 

  • Panel support on a daily basis for the panel through tools provided – mainly but not limited to email and phone support
  • As the first person of contact with our research participants, you will need to have a clear focus on providing high-quality service
  • You will actively contribute to the development and improvement of panelist communication (e.g. emails, general translation and web content)
  • Identify and escalate any process improvement opportunities and risks to the business with regards to local research panels
  • You will be fluent in English as you’re an active part of an international team
  • Panel Management support according to market and legal requirements
  • Your day to day role is not limited to the above responsibilities and may evolve according to changing business need

 

Required skills

 

  • Fluent level of English
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in 2nd language (to be specified per region)
  • Confident in using computers and office applications
  • Interest in media, market research and digital developments
  • Friendly, open and strong team player
  • Self-starter
  • Interest in working with an international team
