Acquisitions Coordinator
Digital Ops – Panel Management

Nielsen is seeking an Acquisitions Coordinator to join our Digital Panel team. This position collaborates with External Vendors, Sr. Acquisitions Coordinator and internal teams to ensure panel quota is met and maintained per client expectations.


Job Requirements: 


  • Work with external vendors on contract specifications for acquiring new panelist sources
  • Maintain vendor relationships through issue resolution
  • Assist in all required investigations to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of potential issues. 
  • Identify process improvements related to quality and efficiency while assisting with the design and execution of these initiatives 
  • Create key performance indicators and analyze existing metrics to determine panel health 
  • Work with panel support team to identify panelist issues for further investigation
  • Investigate and answer data and panel related questions  
  • Assist in the production flow and regulate all necessary production tasks
  • Assist Production efforts on all projects and roadmap initiatives 
  • Manage financial budgets and invoices for recruitment and incentives
  • Work with internal/external teams to create panel creatives and communications
  • Build and leverage internal and external digital marketing strategies to increase panelist acquisition as well as brand awareness

Required Qualifications: 

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Maintaining a customer service mentality with strong communication skills
  • Willingness to troubleshoot and investigate without clear instruction
  • Good working knowledge of customer/panel acquisition strategies
  • Willingness to learn all cross-functional processes related to Production, including methodology 
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a media/market research co., preferably in a professional environment
  • Minimum BS in behavioral sciences, statistics, general business or a related field 
  • Proficient in Microsoft and G-Suite products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Eagerness to learn additional products/processes in production, including crossdata points 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Ability to demonstrate leadership, self-motivated and able to learn new skills quickly 
  • Highly detail oriented, strong commitment to timely execution of tasks 
  • Works well in team or individual environment 
  • Exhibits professionalism and possesses a good sense of client service 
  • Strong problem-solving ability and critical thinking skills
  • Spanish Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Familiarity with Google Adwords, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, and/or other marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with Affiliate Marketing 
  • Graphic Design Experience
