About the Job
The Client Response Executive attends for customer requests and offers solutions according to the Nielsen Portfolio and quality standards.
- Knows E2E the technical processes used to develop information.
- Guarantees the quality of the process by a strict and on time control
- Knows the NielsenIQ platforms from where the information comes.
- Ayuda al cliente a entender el valor de los productos adquiridos y sus fronteras
- Identifies where the new commercial opportunities are for the benefit of NielsenIQ and their clients.
- Works on new requirements being the communication channel between the client and the operations team to define deadlines and deliverables.
- Solves any problem related to information mistakes, deadlines and any contingency presented by the client.
- Analyses data to develop insights and actions for clients
- Participates in creating market plans, strategic activities for different areas within client organization team
- Experience of 3 to 4 years in Market Research, Client Support and Development of Strategic Projects
- Strong problem-solving skills; easily articulate, decompose and attack problems
- Advanced understanding of Market Research Industry, their processes
- Negotiation skills is an advantage
- Well developed verbal and written English communication skills
