ABOUT THIS JOB

 

Nielsen Tracking Services, a division of Nielsen, is comprised of KeepingTrac and Sigma. These merged assets position this business to expand into new areas of TV, Radio and Digital tracking commercial verification and campaign management with tremendous growth opportunities. It is a syndicated offering for advertising agencies, advertisers, broadcasters, and other client types. 

 

This person will be part of a team performing multiple functions on behalf of assigned clients and for the products referenced above. On a consistent basis, the candidate will research, analyze, summarize and present responses to client inquiries. In addition, the individual will work with Sales and Product Leadership to create business solutions for existing and new client bases. This is a unique opportunity for a client-focused individual, with strong analytical and multi-tasking skills. The candidate will possess a positive demeanor and work ethic that lends itself to excellent client service. The person will be responsible to maintain Tracking service relationship with 20-25 clients.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

○    4 Year college degree in Marketing, Business or related field
○    2-3 years’ work experience
○    Strong written/oral communication and organizational skills.
○    Ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal groups and external clients
○    Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
○    Solid Computer skills: Google Shared Drive, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
○    Experience with Local and/or National ratings a plus
○    5% travel required
