The consultant (Technical delivery) is an individual contributor with intermediate to strong technical, communication and problem solving skills. The consultant is expected to have prior technical experience in Python & SQL . He/she has the ability to debug and solve simple to medium level technical issues. He/she will work under the supervision of a principal or lead consultant on complex projects. He/she will be a fast learner and will pick up the nuances of marketing measurement over time.


To be successful, the consultant should be able to understand the scope and technical complexity of their individual deliverables with some guidance from the lead. He/she should use his/her excellent written and spoken communication skills to ask clarifying questions and detail out the requirement accurately . The consultant should have an ability and passion to learn new technologies and product stacks on the job and create outcomes for the projects that they are embedded in.




  • Implement product development and automation initiatives using python & SQL skills under the supervision of a principal/lead consultant.
  • Debug technical issues to unblock initiatives across teams.
  • Work with the leads to  locate and design process improvement opportunities (Identify and implement automations where needed).
  • Build strong relationships based on mutual trust and respect with peers within technical delivery and across teams.
  • Manage deliverables across 1 or 2 concurrent projects through proactive expectation setting.
  • Learn new technologies/product stacks and provide training to other associates on these topics.





  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business or related field (Marketing, Advertising, etc.) with 2-5 years of experience is required.
  • Good understanding of SQL Queries/Shell scripting/regular expression pattern matching and Python. Exposure to Flask Development is desirable.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, internal product landscape, domain trends.
  • Experience in an Ad Technology, Digital Publisher, or Digital Agency environment desirable. Knowledge of the measurement domain, MTA Business will be an added advantage.
  • Awareness of industry and domain trends in ad-tech & mar-tech are desirable.
