Job Description

ABOUT THIS JOB 

The Data Processing Officer is responsible for client deliverables and coding automation tools for boosting productivity. As a Data Processing Officer at Nielsen, you create and deliver client outputs in a correct and timely manner, under strict implementation of project instructions and standards.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work on market-research data to provide relevant output/ reports to meet client’s needs in cooperation with Project Management team and other operational teams. 

  • Working across teams & vendors to ensure delivery to client expectations and satisfaction, ensure reports to be delivered timely and with high level of accuracy & quality. 

  • Work closely with team lead to drive automation initiatives within In-Market Operations

  • Support all output activity within the country and any assigned tasks

  • Ensure efficiency in operations by regular review / revisions of systems and procedures with the end goal of improving productivity in the department

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • Fresh graduate or with 1-2 year experience in operational areas

  • Understanding the concept of relational databases and experience with at least a programming language (VB, C#, Python,… )

  • Excellent in advanced Excel & VBA scripting (or equivalent: Google Sheet & Google Script)

  • Good at SQL/Oracle/Access, especially in writing queries.

  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with drive for Quality & Results.

  • Logical thinking and aptitude for data and operational processes.

  • Good communication in English both written and spoken.
