Job Description


You will be responsible to drive transformation and improvement in Operation. Also, to support quality improvement and process efficiency through the implementation of new digital solutions and automation. You will also be responsible to deliver on time, error-free data to relevant teams and clients. Last but not least, you will need to guarantee engagement with other production teams.


  • Single accountable to manage report and documenting within agreed time 

  • Follow up, monitor and execute request or change from clients and/or internal team 

  • Build data processing tools to provide client database, report, and Tableau dashboard 

  • Accountable for executing, process and technology with a goal of delivering high quality and on-time data according to internal service level agreement. 

  • Identify problems; determine root cause as well as short and long term resolutions 

  • Review data for errors and inconsistencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree from reputable Universities, min GPA 3.00 with min. 1-2 years of experience in related field (data processing, data analyst, statistical, reporting, etc.)

  • Strong knowledge and experienced with Excel, MS Access, SQL, Tableau, etc.

  •  Analytical and logical thinking

  •  Ability to work independently and comfortable working in a digitally enabled environment

  •  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English, ability to explain ideas and technical specification in a simple way. 

  • Strong Organizational & interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in using both Microsoft Office and Google Tools
