Nielsen is seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist the Field Operations organization with their needs for recruitment by conducting special mail requests.


Job Responsibilities

  • This position is primarily responsible for processing the prepack letters from printing through mailing, learning how to pull addresses and communicating to supervisor.

  • Responsible for helping with the monthly automated mailings.

  • Position is responsible for helping with tracking the counts of mail out on a daily basis.

  • Position is responsible for helping to keep track of stock supplies and notifying the supervisor of low supplies.  Will also assist in unloading pallets of new stock within the stockroom.  

  • Will assist in helping co-workers with any tasks that are pending that needs to be completed by end of day.

  • Learn to identify mailing address problems and promptly notify your supervisor. Handle first-level situations and interpret solutions appropriately.

  • Will work to solve all issues promptly and accurately.

  • Resolve minimal complexity problems and issues as related to set procedures.

  • Follow strict Field and department procedures.

  • Contact with Field Reps and Field Managers as needed.

  • Learn how to analyze problems and assist Field Force in implementing workable solutions on a daily basis with minimal supervision.

  • Pay strict attention to quality and detail with printing of letters and labels.

  • Complete cash vouchers documenting incentive distribution for the daily mailings.

  • As assigned, this position is responsible for retrieving the cash incentives and counting it to make sure the correct amount is given as requested, and must sign the incentive memo as verification for monies received. 

  • Assist with opening and removing Post Office Return incentives and giving the incentives to the supervisor for recording and safe keeping.


Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years Customer Service experience 

  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook Mail and Windows

  • Basic problem solving ability. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and coordinate simultaneous tasks.

  • Demonstrate ability to quickly learn new technology and data concepts.

  • Must have basic interpersonal, team building and human relations skills

  • Basic organizational skills in order to effectively organize and maintain procedures, documentation, files, and notes, including time management and ability to multi-task. Ability to gather, collect, and relay information.

  • Requires basic communication skills.

  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and see through to completion.


Physical Requirements


  • Must be able to lift 30+ pounds.

  • Ability to restock materials onto shelving as needed


Schedule Requirements

  • Day shift 7:00am-3:30pm (Flexibility to work overtime based on business needs)
