ABOUT THIS JOB
The candidate in this role is expected to serve as a proficient modeller of Consumer Panel data and our Survey Solutions. Also the candidate would primarily be working for US projects so is needed to have atleast 4-5 hours of overlap with the concerned US Consultants
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
Run std projects independently (including project and time management) & participate to customized projects
Participate to consultants brief, define best approach based on client needs & cost efficiency
Produce segmentations using clustering methods and run regression model to understand hh behaviour drivers
Work closely with consultants in order to prepare data, process data, validate data ensuring consistency & data accuracy
Work and oversee multiple projects simultaneously (self as well as those of Junior’s)
Support, train,nurture and guide the Junior Analysts
Create the necessary process documentation and training materials
Optimize existing processes and tools
In addition to the standard projects, work on the custom ones, implement new solutions and conduct UATs
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU
You are expected to have high motivation and passion for analytics work. You should have the ability to manage and execute multiple projects under tight deadlines. You should love working within a team and contributing towards it. You should count communication as one of your biggest strengths. You should enjoy scrapping for solutions to different problems.
4-8 years of previous analytics experience
Degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Engineering/Management preferred
Having a postgraduate degree is an advantage
Must have technical expertise in Excel/Google Sheets , SAS, SQL Queries, Linux environment
Proficiency in Python would be an advantage
Capacity to understand & process statistical analyses (cluster analysis, factor analysis, regression, segmentation, etc.) will be an asset
