Field Operations and Panel Recruitment – Singapore 





In this role, you will be responsible for both the field operations and project management of the Data Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of field execution, project management experience as well as good operational knowledge in the market research industry; have excellent field/vendor relations skills including supervision, negotiation and follow-up.




In this role as Field Operation Executive, you will be responsible for:


  • Overseeing the day-to-day field operations of BAU and ad-hoc projects;
  • Prepare quality fielding training materials, manuals & instructions;
  • Conduct fieldwork observation/accompaniment when required;
  • Recruit and train interviewers & field contractors
  • Coordinate a team of interviewers  and conduct field data collection
  • Monitor interviewer’s productivity and ensures that BAU and ad-hoc projects are delivered on time;
  • Ensure assigned quotas are on-track and achieved;
  • Work closely with QC/ iQC team if there is any data quality validation required;
  • Ensure timely response to any queries from QC/iQC;
  • Ensure on-time data delivery and perform data quality check
  • Update fieldwork platform as necessary;
  • Timely submission of fieldwork report to Stakeholders i.e. Commercial Team, Data Science, etc.;
  • Support hotline and other ad-hoc operational duties i.e. manage administration & purchasing tasks;  

As a Project Management Executive, you will be responsible for:


  • Working closely with the field vendors and/or online panel vendors to ensure project requirements are met;
  • Thorough link checking, proper communication with the Commercial on the changes and ensuring all changes are rectified by the Programmer;
  • Monitor the productivity and progress of vendors and/or panel providers to meet project timeline according to planned schedule;
  • Roles and responsibilities may change or tasks may be assigned to you by your manager




  • Bachelor’s Degree is required from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 1-year field data collection experience, project management or project delivery relevant experience in market research is preferable
  • A good understanding of the principles of market research
  • Good command of English language and preferably able to speak dialect to coordinate with local personnel
  • Pro-active, strong organizational skills, and with an eye for detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and sound leadership qualities
  • Good working attitude, responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible, able to work beyond office hours and be on standby on weekends and public holidays to address field issues and or interviewer concerns
  • Knowledge of Google Suite applications
