Part Time Scan Room Clerk – Hanover Md.


Position Overview 

The data collection team collects all data necessary for a Audio delivery. The Survey Returns personnel executes day to day steps from receiving mail through electronic scanning of Nielsen  materials. 


Job Responsibilities 

∙ Responsible for processing daily mail of returning surveys: 

  • Open, review, and sort product booklets, and other Nielsen materials. o Enter information from material returns by manual key entry and scanning methods into Nielsen tracking applications. 

∙ Responsible for scanning product booklets, and other Nielsen materials, from paper to  electronic files.

. Responsible for supporting other LOB based on production needs.

∙ Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines. 

∙ Ability to communicate, interact and assist co-workers when required and work in a  team environment. 

∙ Ability to work independently 


Position Requirements :

∙ Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent  

∙ Basic computer skills


Physical Requirements:

∙ Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist and turn 

∙ Ability to use a phone or headset 

∙ Ability to use a computer keyboard and calculator 

∙ Ability to use scanning printer 

∙ Ability to use copy machine 

∙ Ability to use industrial cutting machine 

∙ Ability to lift boxes up to  50+ pounds 


Schedule Requirements:

∙ Monday – Friday, day shift [Temp: various hours between 9-3:30] 

 ∙ Flexible schedule 

∙ Occasional overtime
