Project Manager – Process Improvement – (Remote OK)



  • Drive Process improvement initiatives across the organization to include best practice definition, implementation, rollout and operationalization.  

  • This continuous improvement will touch all parts of the business to include pre sales up to revenue recognition and everything in between.

  • Define and refine metrics to measure the impact of process improvements and flag areas which require further attention

  • Build and take ownership for the Solutions Team Job Architecture (i.e. career pathing).  This will require a deep dive into the current workload and a vision for the future role of Solutions in the broader NMC organization.

  • Establish communication channels with the commercial and product organizations that allow for predictable workflow to the Solutions Team

  • Assess/acquire/modify tools to support streamlined workload

  • Establish training pathways to support Solutions onboarding and upskilling as we expand the team and help to grow existing team members

  • Responsible for providing detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis on different marketing data feeds to identify the key dimensions and metrics

  • Be a culture changer – drive fact-based decision making in every aspect of the business.

  • Interact with partners and clients to facilitate issue resolution and/or relationship building as needed.


  • Demonstrated track record of driving continuous improvement

  • 3-5 years or experience driving data-driven decision making

  • Demonstrated ability to lead with influence rather than just authority

  • Versatile communication abilities that allow the candidate to be a force-multiplier in helping folks of different technical levels come together to be more efficient

  • Project and/or Program Management experience desirable

  • Experience in a business analyst role a plus
