About the job
We are looking for associates who are passionate and knowledgeable about the social media space. While you may have experience with reporting on data and social metrics, you should be interested in culling and curating insights from online conversations.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities –
-
As part of a virtual global, central team, the role will primarily focus on servicing Clients based in the Middle east. Hence proficiency with written Arabic language is a must.

One of our key Clients has a daily reporting system set up, the associate will have to manage efficient and high quality deliverables
-
Will have to participate / collaborate with the sales team in pitches, sales, responding to RFPs in both Middle east as well as other markets (depending on bandwidth available).

To independently execute Digital Intelligence projects (Social Media, search, online data) by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting data & generating client reports and presentations.

Participate in a research proposal, creating dummy charts. Writes proposals with minimum supervision

Can writes and refines Boolean Queries to arrive at relevant results

Reads/analyses dashboards to provide brand and category insights
-
Manage and ensure flawless execution and generation of client reports and presentations.

Qualifications
Required skills-

Data extraction, data cleaning: machine learning algorithm (Queries) and booleans to extract relevant and clean data

Has a working knowledge of Google Analytics, FB insights, Instagram Analytics, Twitter Analytics

Worked on at least 1-2 Social Media platforms: e.g. Crimson Hexagon, Meltwater, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Synthesio, Brandwatch, Netbase, Sysomos

Experience with search and website analytics

Experience with reviews /ecommerce analytics
-
Has some knowledge /aware of visualization tools like Power BI/ Tableau integration to social media platforms
Kinds of Studies candidate will work on/ may have worked on

Category and brand monitoring and analyzing on-line consumer behavior/conversations using listening platforms.

Experience Required:

Min of 2-3 years of experience with a Social Media Analytics Company or an agency/organisation and dealt with Digital and web analytics

Has worked on brands that measure their social media performance, as well as generating insights from social media data.
