Our global Operations function plays a pivotal role to help our clients improve their business performance. The Operations teams work to translate client needs into technical specifications and help our client service function process data efficiently and effectively. 

We are currently seeking a Senior Executive, Global Client Liaison to join our KL Operations team based in Plaza 33 office, servicing MY and SG markets. 

Acts as main front-facing POC from Operations to internal client services and highly strategic clients. Responsible to lead and drive the operational design, solutioning and delivery. 

The role is an excellent opportunity to become a part of a unique team of 4 associates playing an extremely important role for MY business: to drive added value for our clients via coordination of Commercial and Ops team efforts to meet the best way clients’ needs, bringing clarity on requests and solutions, helping to design the best solutions. 


  • Responsible for coordinating closely with all Operations functions end-to-end to ensure timely resolution and quality as per client queries and requests front-facing point of contact for client database operational queries.

  • Proactively communicates with client / client services for any potential delays / risks based on information by Operations teams

  • Manages client requests related to new set-up (for existing client only) or changes in existing deliverables by engaging with relevant Operations team

  • Advocate of clients to constantly improve our technical solutions by critically questioning existing solutions and processes in order to meet our competitive position as market leader.

  • Manage client expectations (internal & external) re. technical possibilities and data quality

  • Responsible for acquiring information on feasibility/ timelines/ costing for changes/customizations for any change requests (note – CL provides info based on scope and shares it with client services, after which client services will communicate it back to the client)

  • Ensuring delivery of changed/ new Databases as per agreed criteria and timelines

  • Setting up and maintaining database spec documentation for their clients

  • Client visits, proactive client health review on databases

  • Acting as operational SPOC for providing solutions related to any new revenue opportunity with an existing client in consultation with operational experts

  • Responsible for maintaining and publishing client related KPIs e.g. QE , OTD, Query response time, Win/Loss and NPS


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics background: Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Management or Marketing; strong technology skills – competency in Microsoft applications and Google tools. 

  • 2 to 3 years experience preferably in Operations or Project Management related. 

  • Genuine interest in FMCG, research, analytics, project management

  • Proactive, critical thinking, decision making skills with a strong attitude towards driving teams and stakeholders to achieve the best results within deadlines.

  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across various stakeholders, including senior stakeholders

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills and an eye for detail

  • Confident and enthusiastic person who is able to manage a varied and unpredictable workload with minimum supervision. 

  • Ability to work under pressure and to ask for support when required.
