The key to our success is largely dependent on the stellar ability of our program management team. We are currently searching for an experienced program manager to join our Local TV Measurement product team. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural born leader, you will have a strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.
Manage a team of project management professionals to providing support to the Audience measurement team in: planning, coordination, audit response, adherence to financial best practices governance and quality assurance
Organize and facilitate large initiative planning across Product, Technology, Data Science resources
Oversee compliance and accreditation audits, routing tasks to appropriate teams and ensuring timely completion
Ensure adherence to release governance practices and any required audit documentation
Build alignment on scope across all stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of complex, cross-team initiatives
Communicate the overall status of initiatives and escalation of issues to senior leadership
Lead continuous improvement and quality efforts as well as the collection and analysis of data to support these efforts
5+ years Program Management experience
Experience in Agile/Scrum development practices is required
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred (Computer Science, Computer and Information Technology, Management Information Systems, IT Management, Management Information Systems, Business Information Technology)
A strong understanding of finance best practices is desired
A bias for change and the ability to influence a team toward a culture of quality
Strong communication, persuasion, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple competing initiatives
Ability to listen and quickly distill information to recommend a course of action in driving project deliverables or escalations
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
