Job Description

Senior Consultant SAP FICO 


Responsible for executing day to day SAP production support activities in SAP FICO module, including addressing critical month end and year end related issues.


  • Monitor Incidents on a daily basis and ensure that resolution is within the agreed SLAs

  • Configure the system for any new business requirements or change in the existing processes

  • Prepare functional specifications for the ABAP team for any change in the existing development or for customizing new developments

  • Assist in smooth closing of month end and year end activities

  • Coordinate and work closely with cross functional team members

  • Foster and maintain good relationship with users across the globe to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Align the day to day activities by adhering to the policies laid down in the organization

  • Work with internal team to identify business issues, problems and/or enhancements and provide highly innovative and creative solutions to achieve quality and process improvements with available hardware, software, databases and peripherals

  • Ability to work under challenging environment and timelines

  • Good team management skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Any Graduate/Masters

  • Exp: Sr. Consultant – 5-7 yrs relevant experience

  • FI –AR , AP, GL, Banking, Asset Accounting- Mandatory

  • Integration between FI & SD-Mandatory

  • Good experience in configuring Electronic Bank Statements and DME functionality

  • CO- Cost Center accounting, Profit center accounting, COPA- Controlling Profitability Analysis – Mandatory

  • Exposure to SAP FSCM module (Credit, Collections and Dispute Management)

  • Exposure to SAP Treasury and Risk Management module

  • Experience of handling a team size of 5 or more (nice to have)

  • S/4 HANA Experience strongly preferred
