Job Description

Be a Medium/Large size Client Delivery SPOC. Develop and/or fine tune presentations and analyzes, looking to deliver actionable insights and recommendations in accordance with Clients strategy/goals. Support the team leader in the workload management. Identify opportunities to grow the client's investment aligned with Development.

  • Be clients SPOC (key person for the client in terms of delivery, responsible for the governance and client satisfaction)
  • Masters Storytelling / SCQA and play an analytical reference role within the team
  • Develop and/or fine tunes others' analysis, guaranteing assertiveness to client needs / brief, looking for business opportunities
  • Present contents at Client foruns (including C-level)
  • Partner with Development SPOC in order to act on Client Contract, CEM, Commercial processes activities, Revenue growth as One Nielsen team
  • Know the client's background (know their categories, brands, performance, etc.)
  • Performs "on-site" on the client when needed
  • Deep understanding of Nielsen Practice Areas services, and its usage/aplication for Clients, being able to generated integrated analysis
  • Mastering Nielsen tools (ex: Sales Force, Answers, Interface to Office and Case)
  • Participate in internal projects of high complexity (conduct training methodology/tool, participate in Thought Leaderships, etc)
  • Anticipate potential risks regarding the account and sinalize to associate manager/manager with potential solutions
  • Leads high complexity operational processes (Category review, coverage study process, methodological impacts, reprocess with historic changes, etc.)
  • Mentor interns and Jr executives, supporting their development (participates in all presentations, does check points, and prepare performance feedbacks / book)
  • Contributes for the development of interns and Jr executives by guiding them on presentation preparation



  • Education: Graduated. The following courses are a referential but all others could be considered – Marketing, Advertising, International Relations, Economics, Engineering (all), Social Sciences, Business Administration, Accounting, Public Relations, Journalism
  • Experience: +3 years of business experience in related areas
  • Knowledge: Desirable presentation skills, regular macroeconomics understand, analytical thinking, commercial skills , knowledge of FMCG
  • Tools/Sistems for presentations and data manipulation, such as Powerpoint, excel, google tools, etc. Nielsen tools is a differential
  • Language Skills: Fluent English, Advanced Spanish (differential)
