Team Lead, Live Data Production – 107609

Role: Team Lead, Live Data Production

Location: Oldsmar FL

 

This team’s main objective will be to provide live coverage for Latin American soccer games. Specifically, this role supports the Manager or Sr. Manager in directing the operations of an Live Data Production operation, organizing workflow, providing long-term and short-term goals and objectives and establishing follow-up and evaluation procedures.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Assists the Manager in overseeing the organization of work flow and personnel in the most efficient manner, relative to cost, time and accuracy.
  • Lead a local team of full-time Process Coordinators.
  • Provides operational support for all internal systems and client platforms as required.
  • Trains and supports all full-time and part-time employees as and when necessary.
  • Ensure all team members execute their work as per predefined standards and processes.
  • Analyses, develops and recommends solutions to improve the operations. Supports in representing the local LDP team when addressing issues raised by clients, product or IT.
  • Identifies trends and alerts staff and/or other LDP teams as appropriate.
  • Actively involved in the recruitment of new staff.
  • Liaise with Tech Support and Sys Admin team
  • Participate in the team’s shift structure as needed.
  • Ad Hoc support on projects and operations as needed.

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Fluent in English, Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese is a bonus.
  • Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Possess excellent knowledge of sports and (Latam) soccer leagues.
  • Flexible schedule :  This is a full-time position that requires availability on nights AND weekends.
  • Excellent computer and keyboarding skills
  • Knowledge in data, planning & scheduling
  • A passion for problem solving
  • Good leadership skills
  • College Bachelor level degree or similar, or several years of experience in a similar job / work field
