Rachel leads the strategic management of the commercial business area to enable expertise in client needs analysis and real time insightful data. She has extensive experience in the design and implementation of retail loyalty programmes, specialising in the U.K. and Ireland markets but with experience spanning Europe, Asia and the U.S. having worked with numerous clients in these retail sectors.
Rachel began her career with Maritz International after completing her degree in Chemical Engineering from Leeds University. After 5 years at Maritz, Rachel spent 11 years with GfK as retail director, responsible for providing retail insights on customer service engagement and purchase behaviours.
