Additional Information and Limitations: Total Line Reporting is a voluntary reporting option available only to stations that simulcast 100% — including all programming, commercials, and sports — for the entire three-month interval corresponding to Nielsen’s Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall quarterly survey period (or for the entire time both stations are on the air during that interval). If any of the stations that requested Total Line Reporting cease to be eligible, the stations must notify Nielsen immediately.

The Total Line Reporting Individual Station Estimates Report will include Metro audience estimates for the monthly PPM report period. These reports will include the following estimates for each eligible AM station, FM station, HD-Multicast station with an FM translator, or stream in the Total Line Reporting combo:

Demos: Persons 12+, Persons 18+, Persons 18-34, Persons 25-54, and Persons 35-64
Dayparts: Monday-Sunday: 6AM-Mid; Monday-Friday: 6AM-10AM, 10AM-3PM, 3PM-7PM, and 7PM-Mid; Saturday-Sunday: 6AM-Mid
Estimate Types: AQH Persons, AQH Rating, Cume Persons, and Cume Rating.
Restrictions on Use of Reports

The estimates and data in this report are provided for internal analytical use by the subscribing stations in this report. Except in the event that such subscribing stations discontinue Total Line Reporting, this report may not be duplicated, redistributed, or disclosed to any third party without the express prior written consent of Nielsen, nor may this report be used for transactional, promotional, or any purpose other than those stations’ internal analytical use. Only in the event and solely to the extent that such subscribing stations have discontinued Total Line Reporting, may such stations provide copies of this report to advertisers/station representatives that subscribe to the applicable Nielsen Radio Market Report, solely for the purposes of evaluating the applicable Nielsen audience estimates; provided that those stations have remained subscribers. For the avoidance of doubt, under no circumstance may any station provide this report to a non-subscribing advertiser or station representative, or to any other broadcast station or company regardless of subscriber status, without the express prior written consent of Nielsen. The estimates and data in this report are subject to all limitations and qualifications disclosed by Nielsen in the applicable Radio Market Report and Description of Methodology.

Liabilities and Limitations of Remedies: THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR NIELSEN’S LIABILITY OF ANY KIND, AT LAW OR IN EQUITY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR NEGLIGENCE OR DELAY WITH RESPECT TO ANY SERVICE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO AN AMOUNT AS SET FORTH IN THE LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN NIELSEN AND ITS SUBSCRIBER. IN NO EVENT SHALL NIELSEN BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR SHALL NIELSEN BE SUBJECT TO INJUNCTIVE RELIEF WITH RESPECT TO THE DATA AND ESTIMATES PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.

Reservation of Rights: Nielsen reserves the right to prospectively or reactively change, modify, waive or suspend any aspect if the methodology, polices, reports, procedures described herein, and/or to implement a new policy or procedure at any time as research considerations or business conditions warrant in Nielsen’s sole judgment. Additionally, Nielsen reserves the right not to produce Nielsen data, and/or listening estimates, and/or any Nielsen report(s) and/or service(s) whenever, in its sole judgment, insufficient data are available to meet its minimum research standards or any event has jeopardized the reliability of the data.
