Job Description


The Solutions Consulting team focuses on providing deep expertise to ensure our products and technology resonate with our clients, are fit for value, and come to life.  We play a critical role in support of client sales, the launch of our new solutions and platforms at each client, and liaise with our Product & Technology organization to provide a voice of manufacturers and retailers on what is needed to win. We also ensure clients have a seamless transition to new consumer capabilities by supporting deployment and change management. 


  • Act as the product and platform expert for internal stakeholders and clients (detailed engagement, demos)

  • Provide sales support with client engagements to engineer and scope best solutions to help close sales 

  • Assess current state of client’s tools and data applications, recommend solutions and identify any gaps 

  • Drive client onboarding and deployments from new sales into everyday client value by providing focus and support (Connect shopper apps, trip projection methodology, Omni)

  • Coordinating function to bridge operation execution and commercial needs, including prioritization and timing for Connect deployments 

  • Prioritize and aid roadmap development with Product Leadership to drive focus on retail needs to make our tools useful

  • Create product and training content for internal and client stakeholders



  • Bachelor's Degree Required

  • 4-8 years of experience with demonstrated expertise in syndicated data analysis in the FMCG, CPG and/or Retail industries and application to client-related business issues

  • Experience with consumer panel data preferred

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Able to work collaboratively with internal and external teams, across business units

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in complex situations

  • Ability to articulate your point of view or recommendations in a clear and concise way

  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes
